StepStone is looking for a Software Architect to join our Software Engineering team in Poland. Our job boards provide a massive amount of job offers for people all around the world. Our challenge is to become the marketplace of choice for recruiters and candidates.
About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Software Architect focused on the front-end area. You’ll be tasked with guiding our transformation to a distributed, service-oriented online application, with a flexible web user interface. Parts of it are heavily content-focused, others offer rich user interactions. All of them need to work on many devices, be consistent to our users and easy to modify by our developers.
In this position you will have the opportunity to work with Business and Technology to define the future of the software within StepStone. We will ask you to define and guard software implementation standards for over 90 developers across Europe for a platform supporting over 10 million users on three continents.
You are an Architect who can talk to both Business and Technology. You feel comfortable standing in front of our CTO and CEO to promote your architectural decisions. You believe in collaboration and are open to discussion. You can work with our development teams and convince them to follow your guidelines. You are not attached to one technology and are open to consider different platforms and solutions to deliver required functionality.
