Your responsibilities
Analyzing of errors and developing work arounds and permanent solutions
Designing & developing solution independent
Working in agile mode
Keeping project documentation up to date
Maintain documentation - knowledge base
Support developers` systems migration
Ensure Compliance with internal processes
Support of go-lives
Collaboration in projects
Our requirements
Fluent written and spoken English, German language will be an asset
Knowledge of applications architecture
Angular JS, SQL syntax and VBA working experience
Good analytical skills
Strong service thinking skills and service orientation, ITIL knowledge or basic knowledge regarding projects` management will be an asset
Flexibility and good interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
""Agile like"" attitude to work, experience in below listed products/technologies will be an asset: MS SQL daily operations knowledge, Shellscripting (Unix/bash, WIN/Powershell), React working knowledge
