Your responsibilities
You are part of our international team that owns the complete lifecycle (Plan, Build, Run) of the global Bosch Backbone with our continental routing hubs, Internet/Cloud-Peering & Software-Defined WAN Infrastructure for all Bosch Locations
As a Lead Developer, you actively collect & maintain requirements for automation of our networking infrastructure
In close collaboration with our Network Architects and -Engineers, you identify potential use-cases for automation & configuration/status verification to ensure quality and efficiency gains
You are responsible to design, build, maintain and run the automation solution and make them accessible and usable to our colleagues and customers
Our requirements
Bachelor degree in the IT area
Multiple years of experience in software development (Requirements Engineering, Conception, Development & Testing)
Experience with the methods, practices and tools in the area of IT automation (e.g. Git, Ansible, Puppet, Python, CI/CD)
Knowledge of networking fundamentals & concepts is preferrable
Creative drive & goal-oriented , open-minded personality
Good communicator & willing to work in an international team
Language: English, advanced Level
