About the project
In this role, you will be responsible for building the team and its performance. You will have the opportunity to engage with an experienced staff. You will be responsible for hiring and leading a team of engineers responsible for building high performing application. In this position you will partner with product owners, project managers, and other partners. A successful candidate will have an established background with strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, great communication skills and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities
Organization of the development team's work
Planning and verifying developer tasks
Implementation of good programming practices, processes and tools to improve work
Design and implementation of systems based on business requirements
Taking care of the high quality of the delivered software
Implementing work improvements
Active participation in recruitment processes
Analyze and evaluate team performance
Our requirements
4-5 years of experience in managing and coordinating the work of the development team
Several years of experience in working as a .Net programmer
Knowledge and experience in working in agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
Very good knowledge of English
Ability to quickly diagnose and solve problems
Highly developed leadership skills and high interpersonal skills
