About the project
Industry: Aviation
Project scope: developing engine for the flight navigation systems
Office location: Gdańsk
Place of work: mostly remote (1-2 visits to the office per quarter)
Form of contract: B2B or employment contract
Budget: 1000 - 1200 PLN net (B2B) or 16-18k gross on employment contract
Contract length: long-term cooperation

Your responsibilities
Estimating user stories/features and tasks in hours with the required level of accuracy and committing them
Contributing to the refinement meetings by promptly asking relevant questions to ensure requirements achieve the right level of readiness
Cooperating with the Product Owner to confirm that the code and acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality
Raising any impediments/risks and approaching Scrum Master/Technical Architect/Product Owner accordingly to arrive at a solution
Updating the status on a daily basis
Ensuring change requests are treated correctly and tracked in the system, impact analysis is done and risks/timelines are appropriately communicated
Delivering working software in accordance with expected quality standards
Designing and evolving the system to support testability and test automation
Working on prototyping and evaluating the technical feasibility
Our requirements
Working experience with C++ and Python programming
Knowledge of Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
Willing to work in Agile approach
Openness to learning new technologies
Ability to speak, read and write English on a daily basis
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Optional
Experience with Objective-C programming and Swift
Experience with Java including JNI
Knowledge of Ruby or Groovy
