Our client is stated among the industry leaders in various international researches and is looking currently to expand its team in Wroclaw. You will join their R&D department which is responsible for their innovative global projects.

Your responsibilities
Leading two Scrum teams
Engaging with your team to help them grow on an individual basis and build their career while interviewing potential new candidates
Acting as consultant and coach in project
Working with the engineering Project Managers on a daily basis
Being a part of building and putting strategies and upholding the standards through the organization and the departments
Collaborating with stakeholders and various teams in international locations
Employer requirements
At least 5 years of experience working in software development
Previous experience in people management as a Manager, Team Leader, Project Manager, Scrum Master or an Agile Coach
Experience with each phase of Software Development process
Previous experience working as a programmer, tester, DevOps, etc.
Experience in interviewing new candidates and being involved in the hiring process
Former experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach is a big plus
Very good command of written and spoken English
