In the position of Software Project Coordinator, you will be mainly responsible for leading short term initiatives across the projects. Your main tasks will be: to lead and manage end-to-end customer and internal change requests, plan and lead bug fixing strategy and process, plan and manage software process quality-related activities and support Software Project Manager. We are looking for customer-oriented individuals with skills to lead simultaneously up to 3-4 short-term initiatives for the most recognizable car manufactures. 

Your Role:

  • Plan and manage the bug fixing strategy for the entire software project according to quality (Automotive SPICE) requirements

  • Manage end-to-end change requests realization (incl. estimation, planning and delivery)

  • Plan and manage software deliveries with development teams on time and in scope

  • Prepare and maintain project JIRA dashboards related to bugfix, burndown charts etc.

  • Set up automatic data exchange between databases (JIRA and similar) 

  • Support other project management activities as required

Your Background:

  • Familiar with software development life cycle SDLC (embedded software preferred)

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Software Developer, Test Lead in an IT company, 

  • Proven experience in coordinating project teams

  • Practical knowledge of Jira, Excel (VBA incl.) and scripting languages

  • Experience in remote working with multinational teams

  • Knowledge of software quality process (e.g. SPICE) is an advantage

  • Knowledge of scalable Scrum methodology (e.g. SAFE) is an advantage
