• Minimum 4+ years of experience in the QA field with good experience of Web-based application Testing

• Experienced in developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to support various development methodologies

• Familiarity with entire software development life cycle and test cycles (Unit, Regression, Functional, Systems, Stress & Scale, Smoke & Sanity)

• Experience in understanding SQL queries and performing data testing

• Experience working with the tools – JIRA, SQL, Test Management Tools

• Understanding of multi-tier web application architecture and deployment

• Understanding of existing QA best practices and methodologies to design, implement and automate processes

• Should be a quick learner and easily adapt to change

• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and Test-Driven Development

• Experience in analyzing the business requirements/ user stories

• Collaborate with Developers to develop effective strategies and test plans

• Ability to provide proper QA Estimations for the tasks assigned with Sprint

• Experience in writing Automation Test Scripts using any of the Automation Tools in the Market

• Team player with an inclusive approach to decision making

• Report bugs and errors to development teams

• Help troubleshoot issues

• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing

• Self-motivated, interactive, hard-working, energetic, organized and detail-oriented
