About the project
We are looking for Performance Testing experts and enthusiasts who would like to develop and grow in our Testing Centre of Excellence. Together we will be providing dedicated Quality Assurance services to our Global PwC Network projects across the world. This is an offer for brave specialists with a strong analytical mindset, not afraid of challenges and working in an international, dynamic, and rapidly growing environment.
Your responsibilities
Performing system performance tests to ensure the system capacity, reliability and scalability on some of the world’s most popular technology software platforms,
Designing Test Plans and Test Cases based on the requirements and project needs,
Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions,
Assistance in project planning and scheduling,
Support the logging and troubleshooting of performance related defects,
Provide support for design & development,
Analysing functional/non-functional requirements and challenging Product Teams in case of spotted inconsistencies,
Cooperating with analysts, developers and product owners from all over the world,
Being a game changer by identifying any applying possible improvements to Test Process or Tested Software.
Our requirements
Relevant professional performance testing experience,
Expertise in testing tools such as Apache JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner,
Practical knowledge of preparing/designing, conducting and documenting tests,
Experience with investigating performance issues in a microservices environment,
Very good command of English (communication with international project team members on a daily basis),
Open minded, with a proactive attitude,
Interpersonal and teamwork skills,
Flexibility and motivation for self-development.
Optional
Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, C#,
Previous experience with Test Automation Area (UI, API testing) as a plus,
Experience and knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, DataDog,log analysis tools etc.
Experience in building performance testing frameworks from scratch,
Good understanding of Waterfall or/and Agile Project Management methodologies,
Knowledge and experience in working with business applications (e.g. CRM / ERP solutions).
