Prepare Test Plans in order to verify and ensure that the system meets its design specifications and requirements within the project.
Write Test Specification, Test Environment Specification, Test Record and Test Reports.
Develop and execute test cases and related scripts for scenario-based testing in lab environment.
Analyse test results and reported deviations from expected system behaviour.
Plan, coordinate and support of System Integration activities.
Support Project Management, Project Engineering and System Engineering.
Re-create, analyse and suggest potential solutions of reported errors.
Participates in technical document reviews and prepare documents for submission to the customers and suppliers.
Provides presentation of tests environments usage and tested products operation.
Support lab configuration setup according to technical specifications.
Interface with several internal departments, suppliers and customers.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic, Transportation, Automation, IT or equivalent.
Minumum 2 years of professional experience in system integration, testing and writing documentation in agile engineering development projects.
Experience in performing functional tests, integration tests, unit test, module testing and white box testing.
Good understanding of HW and SW interactions within complex system architectures
Knowledge & experience of job-specific languages and tools (C, C + +, C #, PLC, GIT)
High analytical and problem solving skills with attention to quality
Good English language skills are required
Preparation, environment configuration and automation test performance
Knowledge of CANoe, VectorCAST, LDRA
Experience with requirement management tool (DOORS) is desirable.

Join us as a Software Test Engineer based in Katowice, Poland. You will take part in projects of development and maintenance wayside products. Most of the tasks will be focused in area of train detection systems ( e.g. axle counters, track circuits).
