Your responsibilities
Testing new functionalities in warehouse applications (including Gofos, Smart Portal)
Analyzing the improvements and errors reported by the client, operational managers and supervisor
Reporting and describing new bugs on relevant online platforms (e.g. JIRA)
Analyzing the order life process based on XML files as well as external systems (including MuleSoft and nShift)
Editing manuals, system guides and articles for internal users, using e.g. Confluence
Creating test scenarios
Support for the activities of the UAT team
Direct cooperation with developers and the client
Our requirements
Good knowledge of English language both speaing and writing
Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands
Interest in IT issues
Knowledge of operational processes and warehouse systems (Gofos)
Knowledge of ticketing systems (Service Now, JIRA) is appreciated
