Skills and attributes for success:

• Minimum 1 year / 4 years’ experience in software testing
• German Language skill enabling to communicate with German team/client 
• English skill enabling to communicate in teams distributed across the world
• Experience with defining test scenarios, test cases and test data preparation
• Basic experience with SQL and Integration Testing
• Experience with JIRA or other defect tracking tools
• Good knowledge of different project approaches (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
• Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience with self-organizing daily workload and reporting it to the team
• Ability to occasionally travel to the client’s location
