Your responsibilities

  • Delivering engaging, professional product demonstrations to prospects in collaboration with our Sales Team

  • Facilitate and/or participate in configuration workshops with new customers

  • Support the sales team during various client engagements and perform the first discovery and assessment of the prospect and their requirements to the solution

  • Be responsible for educating our international customers and users on our software applications and features mainly remotely. Post COVID occasionally in-person trainings and business travel might be requested

  • Concept, plan and conduct a variety of individual and group software training sessions

  • You will work on creating user-centric feature descriptions, documentations, and communications for software features and releases in collaboration with our departments Product Management, Technical Writing, and Marketing

  • Improving the onboarding experience and wizards in our software

  • Creating video tutorials and content

Our requirements

  • You have at least three years of relevant experience in a similar position

  • You speak German at native level and English fluently, have excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English and are confident in front of large audiences

  • You are creative, technically savvy and have a passion for learning and teaching

  • You bring attention to detail, strong organizational skills and an absolute focus on delivering high quality work

  • You have a positive, self-starting attitude and the drive to exceed expectations at every opportunity

  • You have the ability to work well with people at all organizational levels as well as build productive cross-departmental partnerships
