Poland based IQVIA Technologies team develops, implements and supports solutions bringing greater connectivity and collaboration across our customer’s enterprises resulting in increased efficiency, higher productivity, and the ability to effectively make right decisions.
We bring to our clients the wealth of IQVIA Technologies portfolio of products and services which addresses their needs across their entire products’ lifecycle, from molecule to market.
 
Role Summary
With a tremendous interest towards digital transformation across the industry there is a great opportunity for an open minded and energetic Solution Sales Manager, who already has a proven track record of success in developing and selling transformative solutions. Major focus of the role will be in the space of Commercial solutions and cover areas of CRM, Multichannel Marketing, Commercial Compliance and a wide range of applications of Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions. Successful candidate, working closely with colleagues across the entire region, will play a vital role in developing and selling innovative solutions to challenging problems of life science and pharma industry companies, bringing understanding of the latest trends in analytics driven decision making and effectively transforming customer’s commercial operations. By fostering relationship with clients and successfully addressing their needs will successfully expand IQVIA Technologies business footprint in Poland.

The role will be aligned to a Poland-based Team and support predominantly Polish as well as East European business development opportunities. There will be only a modest need for travel below 25% of time.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultative selling to external customers products relevant to the Commercial execution space (Customer Engagement, Performance Management and others)
  • Driving sales opportunities across the whole life cycle: Lead identification, Opportunity qualification, Solution development, Proposal contents and write-up, Proposal presentation, Closing sale
  • Sales Pursuit planning and execution in liason with delivery team during solutioning activities
  • Collaboration with other local and regional teams to drive large client engagements during pre-sales, sales and delivery phases
  • Responsibility for effective hand over to delivery team according to our methodology and best practices
  • Building and fostering lasting relationships with clients
  • Contribution to product innovation drawing from own sales and delivery related experience

Skills, Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science and/ or Economics.
  • Strong technical and commercial background in Healthcare IT and/or Medical Devices sales and marketing
  • Experienced in consulting, healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent planning and execution performance under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Strong work ethics and Goal orientation
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Thinking in terms of solutions, creative and open minded
  • Up to date with recent trends, especially in digital marketing and customer engagement
  • Motivated and able to demonstrate initiative
  • IT literate - MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), Fluent Polish (written and spoken)
