About the project
We are looking to grow our team with committed people to have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, from the technology, development, integration and modules, to design, develop, implement and test modules in line with customer requirements.
Your responsibilities
The role is responsible for planning, creating and implementing technical solution concepts and designs based on business requirements
The role will actively coordinate internally with other delivery units to find the optimal solution.
Evaluate and qualify customer requests in relation to the Fujitsu ServiceNow strategy
Evaluate and analyze new functions and recommendations
Align Business Requirements with all stakeholders and implement according to Fujitsu ServiceNow Best Practice and Standards
Align, Design and Develop interfaces between external and internal systems
Conduct workshop and trainings with stakeholders
Our requirements
At least 3 years of experiences in ServiceNow projects
Strong knowledge in ServiceNow following certifications are preferable
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist IT Service Management
ServiceNow Common Service Data Model
ServiceNow Flow Designer
ServiceNow Domain Separation Implementation
IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation
ServiceNow ITSM Professional Suite Certification
ITIL certification (V3 or higher at least Foundation certification)
Strong scripting and automation knowledge within ServiceNow
ServiceNow integration knowhow via RESTful-API is an advantage
Able to lead and train additional colleagues for later onboarding process
Good communication and presentation skills
Able to work in an agile team and to share its skills
Able to work in a disciplined way and to follow short term targets
Experienced working in development, architecture or implementation teams combined with experienced working in operational teams
Ability to work in a team and willingness to take responsibility in tender situations
A high degree of willingness to learn, to continuously improve your skills and to familiarize yourself with a wide range of topics related to the manufacturer ServiceNow
