     Solutions Architect (CDD)
    Location: Kraków
    Ref No: HTK/CDD/SA/06/2018

    The Technology Solution Architecture job is accountable to work with the Portfolio and Platform Architects, Technical Lead & Engineers to define the detailed solution design (incl. Story Decomposition) for stories in backlog.

     

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Accountable for ensuring the products & services are supported by the right architectures and solutions meet the customer needs
    • Accountable for ensuring the design of the product solutions are cost effective and maintained through the agile development lifecycle, managing the flow of the backlog of design activities
    • Working with Ops Engineers to ensure operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related issues, etc) are resolved and that any design related issues are addressed in a timely manner.
    • Convert requirements into actionable product/service requirements that feed Technology solutions development & influence service direction.
    • Responsible for ensuring solutions are aligned with the platform architecture and roadmap, group standards and policies and the overall enterprise architecture for their function.

    • 10 years IT experience
    • Management of technical releases
    • Experience in delivering releases in both waterfall and agile projects
    • Process definition and continuous improvement of processes
    • Experience in delivering Compliance and Regulatory-based projects including AML, Transaction Monitoring, Client Onboarding and Screening,
    • Understanding of change frameworks, methodologies and best practice techniques
    • Understanding of external environments e.g. regulatory, political, competitors
    • Highly experienced in dealing with senior and executive sponsors and rationalizing cross line of business priorities.
    • Experience of successful delivery with multiple external dependencies
    • Strong experience with changes being made to existing live systems, increasing criticality of planning, and risk management.    
    • Exposure to and understanding of a broad range of technologies
    • Systems integration experience
    • Communication with and support of technical delivery across multiple locations and time zones.
    • Facilitating delivery / release update meetings
