AMS are currently looking for people to join our brand new Flexible &Scalable team as Talent Sourcer.
Joinin the Sourcing Center of Excellence, you will embark on 12 weeks intensive development programme that will give you all the tools, skills & knowledge you need to start your career as a Sourcer within AMS
On successful completion of training you will join one of our clients as a Talent Sourcer supporting in the delivery of critical hiring across that business.
All we are looking for is a positive attitude, eagerness to learn and develop and curiosity about talent acquisition as well as candidate approaching, but most importantly we want to hear from those that share our values: We are Bold, Authentic and Passionate.

You’ll need to demonstrate:
- A real desire to work & develop in the recruitment industry and embrace this opportunity
- Be able to work through problems and challenges in a practical and logical way
- Show resilience and adaptability
- Have a level of technical understanding to ensure your IT Equipment is set up correctly, with the support of our IT Department. You will always be responsible & accountable for keeping our data safe and secure.
- Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office products
- Be fluent in English and German
