Sourcer

As a Sourcer, you will be the vital part of the recruitment team. You will review application and choose perfect ones for the projects in order to drive candidate flow. You also know that organisation is key to successfully supporting multiple customers. 

General Responsibilities:

• Reviewing Candidate applications,
• Selecting top talents for open projects,
• Being in contact with recruiters to understand current requirements,
• Processing data in the system,

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative area,
• Good knowledge of English level (B2),
• Motivation to develop and gain knowledge in the recruitment area,
