    Sourcing Analyst

    Reporting to the Global Procurement Lead (VP, Procurement), Sourcing Analyst will support all functions of Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Diversity, and Supplier Relationships across all categories (IT, Network, Contractors and Consultants, Marketing, Real Estate, Facility Services, etc.) of approximately $500M in purchased goods and services as well as the governance of the procurement process. This is a newly created role as a part of a strategic initiative by the company to scale its Global Procurement function and will have support & visibility of the Executive leadership team. This position will interact closely with senior leaders of the company in the development and implementation of strategic sourcing strategies for all categories. 

    Successful candidates will be able to support the data analytics, spend & supplier analysis, financial analysis, and RFP development in support of the execution of Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, Benefit Tracking, Contract Management and Internal Stakeholder Management activities delivering total cost of ownership savings and procurement process improvements for across all categories.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a talented team in a growing, innovative technology company. 


    Overall Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain procurement reporting & analytics, spend & savings calculations, procurement scorecards and supplier scorecards on an ongoing basis.
    • Create and execute a plan to proactively manage and maintain all supplier related contracts.
    • Support Procurement team in the execution of strategic sourcing activities in line with the category strategy 
    • Develop and/or support processes & tools to support the sourcing function
    • Review sourcing & procurement requests and enforce global & category specific policy adherence 
    • Facilitate the Source to Pay process, analytics, research, and administrative functions of the procurement organization 
    • Develop market intelligence needed for effective sourcingo
    • Support and coordinate reporting and analytics – spend, benefit/cost savings, KPI/metrics, etc. 
    • Support management and compliance management
    • Perform spend analytics

    Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:

    • 4 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to gather, analyze and report on large sets of business and financial data for broad distribution
    • Knowledge and oversight of contract lifecycle management
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; candidate must have proven track records in preparing and presenting data
    • Solid knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
    • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization platforms
    • Understanding of procurement and strategic sourcing process
    • Strong project management skills, including stakeholder and timeline management
    • Ability to identify future sourcing and cost savings opportunities from assessments of various data sets
