Your responsibilities
Managing the Supply Chain team located in Lodz for the French client
Ensuring that the service levels meet the performance requirements
Ensuring efficiency & high quality of the processes
Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures
Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
Support in the onboarding of new employees
Stabilizing and improving the process
Ensuring the team motivation and retention of employees
Periodical Performance appraisal of team members
Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
Managing customer satisfaction
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Our requirements

Additional experience in Supply Chain or Direct Procurement domain would be an asset
