    Sourcing Manager - EMEA

    Herbalife Finance & Operations Service Centre - Krakow


    The role: 

    The primary responsibility of the Manager of Indirect Sourcing is to support, the indirect sourcing function in EMEA and execute global buying strategies for various categories such as Travel, HR, Telecommunication, IT/IS, Utilities, Office Supply, Facilities Management.

    In compliance with Herbalife policies and Strategic Sourcing best practices additional responsibilities include understanding the needs of stakeholders, analyze/understand the market, highlight opportunities offered by the market to the business, influence stakeholders to support and adhere to the strategies, management of the competitive bidding (RFx), negotiations, contract, follow-up and execute implementations and supplier management.

     

    Requirements:
    • Previous experience in a similar role
    • Have thorough experience on Travel category with possibly experiences on various other indirect categories such as but not limited to HR, IT/IS, Telecommunication, Facility Management, Marketing.
    • Proven record of creating and driving cost savings throughout an organization.
    • Proven record in achieving organization and process improvements as to deliver tangible advantages to the business and high levels of internal customer satisfaction.
    • Proven successes in developing strong relationship with strategic suppliers and internal departments.
    • Experience with Oracle Purchasing and Oracle iProcurement (Version 11i and R12), and strategic P2P strategies. (additional asset)
    • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business or a related field.
    • Master in Office Excel and standard Office tools
    • Excellent communication, relationship building, adept at influencing various stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong project management and organization skills.
    • Fluent in English, any other language is an asset.
