Your responsibilities

  • Support global/regional sourcing strategy development and planning by analyzing regional spend data, providing regional market and supplier insights, developing sourcing strategy with implications on the region

  • Support strategy alignment and execution for global, regional and local Spend Area, by preparing for any of the regional bids, and co-leading regional or global negotiations, as well as engaging in local key initiatives and sourcing through suppliers around the region

  • Be part of global Digital workstream and manage the implementation in MEU/Global across Digital&eCommerce platform partners as part of evolving media ecosystem

  • Act as point of contact Europe & Global to drive procurement excellence:

  • Implement global JBP/eCommerce partners relationship management, contracting

  • A&C/Digital optimization investment & management

  • Data management, analytics, dashboards to drive A&C/Digital optimization investment

  • Implement regional / global Digital project management from end-to-end

  • Lead contract implementation and drive contract compliance

  • Drive contract compliance, audit, source-to-pay, etc.

Our requirements

  • Experience in Marketing & Sales Procurement or Supply Chain across different market

  • Experience in Digital Media Buying, Digital Planning or M&S Procurement across different market

  • Experience in Agencies and/or Digital eco-system (tech stack) and environment

  • Demonstrating a future-focused mindset, showing curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and translating opportunities into business strategies

  • Proven in data management

  • Proven in analytical skills

  • Strategic sourcing, negotiation skills and risk management

  • Business and financials acumens and an understanding of how procurement brings financial value to the overall profit and loss

  • Project management, problem solving

  • Strong communication skillss

  • Team collaboration in a multi-cultural environment

  • Organizational agility, influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with senior leaders based on a deep understanding of business priorities

  • Modelling trust, integrity and perseverance

  • Fluent spoken / written English

  • University Degree (MBA, Procurement Professional Qualification preferred).

The Sourcing Manager - Media Agencies ecosystem, Europe/Global supports the development of Spend Area practices for assigned Spend Areas, with a Major focus on Media and Digital, including sourcing strategy execution, and stakeholder management, to maximize the total value of ownership for the organization. This person works closely with the regional & global business and the Spend Area to develop global and regional sourcing strategies, lead certain workstreams, manage the supply base working internal and external stakeholders to ensure Mondelēz International’s competitive advantage, build a program with the business and suppliers that incorporates best practices, market insights, risks and opportunities, and set a clear vision for various areas, defining and delivering ambitious plans that encourage teams and stakeholders to engage not just in the destination, but also in the journey.

You support sourcing for Media and Digital spend categories—including sourcing execution, value management and optimization, agency relationship management and stakeholder management.
