Your responsibilities
The primary responsibility for this position will be the end-to-end management of sourcing projects within the sourcing category Professional Services supporting all business sectors including Electronics, Life Science, Healthcare and Enabling Functions. You join a very engaged and motivated team on a journey to continuously improve our strategies and enhance the value for all our businesses.
In this role you are responsible for all Professional Services Procurement activities mainly in France and Switzerland (mainly French speaking part). You deal with all HR related Services from Contingent Workforce topics to Middle management search. As manager for the MSP (Managed Service Provider) program in France and MV (Master Vendor) in Switzerland you are familiar with related activities, show high affinity to related technologies like VMS (Vendor Management System) systems and you are highly motivated to enhance your area of responsibility. HR Services procurement interactions with stakeholders and suppliers include services like recruiting, training & development, relocation, pay-rolling etc.
Regions to serve: EMEA (mainly France & Switzerland).
Your main responsibilities will contain:
-Leading strategic sourcing initiatives with internal business partners for specific functional areas.
-Ensuring implementation of and execution of global sourcing strategies across France and Switzerland.
-Gathering and analyse spend in related areas and derive sourcing initiatives.
-Building and managing internal stakeholder relationships and satisfaction, understanding business requirements as input into enterprise-wide sourcing efforts.
-Leading supplier selection and recommendation activities including qualitative and quantitative analysis, selection criteria, long and short lists, RFI and RFP/RFQ development and analysis.
-Maintaining external/internal marketplace awareness, related to trends within responsibility scope and sourcing best practices
-Manage key relationships with suppliers to ensure the realization of value.
-Foster teamwork and positive employee relations through regular open communications, problem solving, role modeling and management of relationships.
Our requirements
7 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing and dealing with a complex and international working environment,
excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in French or English, German is a plus
experience as sourcing manager/category manager being responisble for end to end processes
abillity to conduct purchase negotiations in selected purchase categories as well as drafting contracts for the purchase
proven senior stakeholder management, presenting results, managing expectations
be able to handle supplier escalations, have skills in conflict resolution and negotiation
professional with HR / External Workforce / MSP management experience, with demonstrated capabilities to effectively communicate with key stakeholders and suppliers
understands European employment laws and co-employment risks is a plus
experience in knowledge transfer process (transition of processes) is a plus
