Your responsibilities
Establish and maintain a scalable and resilient supply chain (supplier relationship management)
Conduct active material management (e.g. requirements, market screening/development of supplier portfolio, development of raw material, product and process optimizations, commodity KPIs)
Lead tendering processes from requirement identification to negotiating contracts and securing sufficient production capacities (e.g. with frame contracts)
Review existing contracts and performing risk assessments to ensure ongoing feasibility
Collaborate with the product team, logistics and quality management to maintain a procurement strategy that aligns operational stability, business requirements and the product roadmap with producer capabilities
Regular in-person visits at producers all over Poland
Our requirements
At least 5 years experience in furniture procurement or an equivalent area (e.g. retail)
Extensive experience in assessing producer capabilities and negotiating contracts and service agreements
Ability to work self-managed and prioritize tasks based on the company and team strategy
Comfortable in operating in a fast-paced environment
Good level of English in written and spoken form
