Your responsibilities
- Source candidates for IT roles and utilize a variety of sourcing tools
- Create sourcing strategies that will attract the best professionals in the world
- Guide candidates through the sourcing process
- Keep database up to date
- Cooperate closely with recruiters, technical interviewers, hiring managers
Our requirements
- 1+ year of recruiting experience with a focus on passive IT candidates
- 1+ year of experience utilizing recruiting tools e.g. LinkedIn, ATS, web search, and other sourcing products
- Ability to create and maintain an excellent candidate experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good English
- Being open-minded and culturally aware
