    Sourcing Specialist - Facility Management
    (Temporary contract until the end of 2019)

    In Procurement, you’ll help create a competitive advantage for Mondelēz International by building winning supplier partnerships and effectively managing all company resources. Working with the businesses, you and your team will drive sustainable top and bottom-line growth through supplier innovation, best-in-class margin and cash management, and highly efficient source-to-pay processes.

     Your tasks will include:

    • Coordinating full procurement facility process – from business need identification and market search, through negotiation to supervision of the services
    • Managing administrative tasks in purchasing systems in order to create contracts and purchase orders
    • Inserting and editing master vendor data in SAP
    • Participating in, supporting and leading facility management projects focused on non-production services, e.g. catering, cleaning, security, etc.)

    You don`t have to be perfect, but it would be nice if you had:

    • Min. 1 year of experience in Procurement, Replenishment or Supply Chain areas
    • Experience in working with external suppliers, especially in contracting them and negotiating terms & conditions of cooperation
    • Fluent English – any additional European language will be a plus
    • Basic SAP and MS Excel knowledge
    • Analytical skills combined with great attention to details
