Your responsibilities
As a part of our new team you will do 360° Recruiting of candidates from the areas of IT and Business Consulting, starting from publishing job advertisement to the evaluation of he candidates performance
Together with our HR Team you will be responsible for Order and Contracts Management
You will be supporting companies in new supplier's scouting phase and providing supplier's performance evaluation.
You are also responsible for active searching to build up a talent pool over the long term through various channels
You are also checking our compliance with laws and internal policies
Joining us in Sourcing at Reply, you will be part of an international team
Our requirements
You have completed successfully your studies in economics, psychology or another relevant filed
At least 2+ years of relevant professional experience in IT recruitment in Poland, but also a general understanding of typical business models
You have experience in the area of active sourcing
Strong curiosity and ability to mix and understand different knowledge and discipline
We are looking for your excellent communications skills in Polish and English. Nice to have but not necessary would be German or Italian language skills as well
