Your responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for supporting selected plants of the CANPACK Group in the purchase of spare parts, tools and equipment

  • Monitor and agree with vendors precise delivery time, documentation and other requirements

  • Prepare shipments and pack spare parts, tools and equipment

  • Organize of transport in cooperation with logistics staff and supervise of the delivery

  • Complain defective parts

  • Work with SAP

Our requirements

  • Master’s degree (preferred technical or logistics studies)

  • Experience in purchasing and supply chain in mechanical industry will be asset

  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting will be asset

  • Very good level of English (B2 minimum)

  • Experience in creating purchase orders in SAP system will be asset

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual

  • Good organizational skills

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Ability to work under time pressure in changing environment

  • Strong attention to details, analytical mind-set

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Can-do attitude and team player
