    Specialist in Nordea

    to Invoice Handling Team

     

    Workplace: Łódź

    The position we offer

     

    Group Procurement is all about supporting our Business Partners throughout Nordea to reach their targets by providing advice and executional services when it comes to optimize cost. Success is measured by the results we achieve together with our Business Partners and how satisfied they are with the support and services we deliver. Our vision is to be recognised by our business partners as a professional and high-performing procurement team creating a competitive advantage for Nordea and to be respected by our suppliers. Group Procurements service offerings are based on four service lines: Advisory Service, Sourcing Service, Contract Service and Buy & Pay services.

     

    In Procurement Services team you will be responsible for:

    • Suppliers Master Data creation;
    • Invoice handling (verification of legal and fiscal requirements, invoice coding);
    • Project participation and consultancy;
    • VAT pre-coding
    • Contacting internal stakeholders on a daily basis
    • Close cooperation with suppliers

     

    The qualification you need

    • English at least on B2 level, both written and spoken;
    • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel;
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting;
    • Experience in VAT/CIT assessment would be an advantage;
    • Flexibility in daily operation and visible ownership for tasks dedicated;
    • Change driven and improvement mind set;
    • Experience in improvement and harmonization projects would be an asset;
    • Bachelor degree in finance,/accounting or other business related;
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
    • Strong analytical skills;
    • Self-starter with availability to work in a changing environment;
    • Understanding the essence of value chain success.
