Your responsibilities

  • Finance Billing team is invoicing all AMS clients globally.

  • Invoicing clients globally from 30 AMS business units

  • Be a point of contact as a subject matter expert in the invoicing related queries

  • ERP implementation support

  • Project billing and exceptions billing support

  • Ensuring the highest quality for the billing team in terms of accuracy, time & information security compliance

  • Running the weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting

  • Maintaining the customer master data and ensuring the due diligence process

  • Delivering the daily, weekly and monthly reporting to team leader and a management team

  • Contributing to internal risk management process

  • Supporting the cash management through an online banking system

  • Taking part in ad-hoc projects and initiatives

  • Cooperating closely with Credit Control, Contractors Payroll, Management Accounting & the delivery part of the business

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant information

Our requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in AP/AR/GL/Credit Control department,

  • English language skills on B2+level,

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Excel

  • Ability to resolve issues in a professional and diplomatic manner
