Your responsibilities

  • Validating the requests relating to new clients and suppliers

  • Maintenance of supplier records creating new suppliers

  • Amendment of existing records

  • Applying payment holds at supplier level

  • Establishing and maintaining new client records

  • Allocation the client groups, segments, sub-segments

  • Updating sales tax codes, currency, payment method

  • Updating clients’ financial dimensions

  • Project master data

  • Creating and assigning project categories

  • Set-up project cost & pricing

  • Validating and Setup of Interco Customer and Vendor Accounts

  • Creating Service Items

Our requirements

  • Readiness to join a newly formed team in a finance operations department undergoing a technology transformation through the implementation of MS Dynamics 365

  • Solid understanding of how the correctness of supplier & customer records drive through to payments & invoicing in an E2E finance operations processes

  • Experience in SSC or BPO environment in similar role – ideally Master Data but may also be Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable with good understanding of payment files & client invoices

  • Experience in using MS D365 in an additional asset

  • Ability to collaborate within wider finance department with a group of stakeholders from AP, AR, Treasury, Financial Accounting

  • Good prioritisation and organisation skills.
