    Are you ready to join our dynamic state-of-the-art organisation that values diversity and offers flexibility? By joining our Compliance Surveillance Team in Wroclaw you will have a chance to build up your career by performing a variety of meaningful tasks:

    • You will monitor Bank’s and Clients' trading activities on leading global stock exchanges (e.g. NYSE, HKEx, LSE, Euronext, SGX, ASX) across all asset classes
    • You will detect potentially abusive trading activities (i.e. market manipulation attempts, market abuse or unfair treatment of Clients) and conduct internal investigations
    • You will co-manage specialized RegTech frameworks in Trade Surveillance space by identifying risks and ensuring efficacy of current solutions, developing new models and routines with assistance from IT
    • You will review and evaluate potential incidents of violation of specific local regulatory requirements or exchange rules
    • You will build and maintain strong relationships with high-level partners around the world (e.g. Front Offices, Compliance Departments, Traders), and support the deployment of activities contributing to the development and reputation of the department
    • You will promote awareness of applicable regulatory standards, upstreaming risks and industry standard methodology across the business and relevant support areas
    • You will act as a liaison with internal and external control groups on compliance-related issues as well as respond to audit requests
    • You will take care of maintaining manuals and procedures relating to the Trade Surveillance program

    • You hold University degree in Finance, Economics, Law or a related field; specialization in Capital Markets or Banking
    • You have 2+ years of experience in professional trading-related positions, ideally within: Trading, Operations, Settlement, Trade Management, Trade Support, Sales, Risk Management, Product Control, Securities IT or similar
    • You are proficient in written and spoken English
    • You are aware of the complexity of financial products and services with a focus in securities trading
    • You have deep understanding of the Trading and/or Banking industries and applicable global regulatory environment
    • You have proven track record of statistical analysis and tools development in MS Excel, e.g. with VBA (or equivalent)
    • You possess sound analytical skills and attention to details
    • You are passionate about learning new things

    • Knowledge of Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters or equivalent would be an asset
