    (Junior) Specialist in COO Quality Controls & Standards Team # 114144
    Workplace: Wrocław


    We are looking for a talented individual to join and support the COO Quality Controls & Standards Team in Wroclaw. You will become part of an international community in a premium Swiss Bank and you will receive insights into how a global Bank is internally governed. You will be responsible for:

    • Perform Quality Assurance Reviews (“QAR”) over the document production and supporting processes.
    • Assist the Control Manager with developing a risk-based testing plan and program for our contracts and data.
    • Schedule and actively participate in meetings with regional managers and their delegates to ensure that all key controls within the General Counsel division have been appropriately identified and to gain an understanding of the quality of the process and the scope of testing.
    • Review applicable procedures, processes and controls to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the data together with documenting and escalating any identified issues/discrepancies.
    • Analyze and document testing results and assist the Control Manager in developing recommended remediation steps.
    • Preparing the QAR results to be provided/presented to the respective management for escalation/review.
    • Conduct subsequent follow-ups on any issues/recommendations that where formally raised as a result of the QAR.
    • Provide subject matter expertise in interpreting the quality impact of issues (e.g., root cause analysis leading to process or system changes).
    • Engage in various projects, implementing new and improving current controls.

    Open to discussing flexible/agile working.


    • You have at least 2-3 years of experience with controls, regulatory reporting processes (either directly in the operations of these processes or in an audit or examination capacity) or Audit or Project Management.
    • You have excellent English language skills.
    • Your deep knowledge of key regulatory requirements pertinent to the financial services industry, as well as risk management techniques and compliance requirements would be a plus.
    • You have strong analytical skills with high attention to details.
    • You possess excellent communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate with audit, regulators and finance management on regulatory matters, internal control, risk management and accounting process issues.
    • Knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments would be an asset.
    • You hold a university degree or you are during studies
    • You are a true team-player who loves to share knowledge and who is committed to ongoing learning and implementing new knowledge into practice.
    • You are an enthusiastic self-starter, motivated for professional development.
