    The Anti-Bribery & Corruption Compliance team is responsible for the development and implementation of the Bank’s compliance program addressing anti-corruption laws and regulations (e.g., U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”), UK Bribery Act 2010, U.S. The function advises the business on the appropriate standards for compliance with anti-corruption laws and regulations, and provides in-depth guidance in higher-risk situations.


    The opportunity is for a fast-thinking, organized team player who can support the leaders of the function and their geographically dispersed team.


    Opportunities arising from this position include:

    • Provide oversight and control over compliance and regulatory risks relating to Anti-Bribery & Corruption (“ABC”).
    • Review and action requests for Gifts and Entertainment (“G&E”).
    • Promote compliance by advising and assisting employees with G&E requests.
    • Conduct expense monitoring and surveillance.
    • Identify, coordinate, undertake or lead projects as needed to improve process and application of G&E program.
    • Assist in the gathering of content and material for regulatory or internal audit requests, as needed.
    • Create and manage metrics to be represented to senior leadership.
    • Assist in the creation and delivering of trainings and presentations.
    • A dynamic role in which you have frequent interactions with different counterparts at all corporate levels and regions.

    • You possess a university degree in law, business, marketing or equivalent education.
    • You have prior experience (approx. 4-6 years) in the financial industry or in a consulting environment, ideally in the area of anti-bribery & corruption, compliance, audit or similar field is highly desirable.
    • You are familiar with applicable laws, including but not limited to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and the United Kingdom Bribery Act 2010.
    • You are able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively under deadlines.
    • You possess the ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment, and be able to interact with all levels of staff and management.
    • You have excellent written and oral language skills.
    • You are accurate and have attention to detail.
    • You are proficient with MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
