    We Offer

    The Chief Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Division is currently looking for a talented individual to join the Anti Bribery Corruption and support US based team in its daily duties. We offer a dynamic role based in Warsaw in which you have frequent interactions with different counterparts at all corporate levels and regions. You will be responsible for growing variety of tasks:

    • Provide oversight and control over compliance and regulatory risks relating to Anti-Bribery & Corruption (“ABC”).
    • Review and action requests related to Gift and Entrainment (“G&E”).
    • Promote compliance by advising and assisting employees in their day to day business activities (e.g. G&E, hiring practices, third party risks, etc.).
    • Manage content publication on intranet pages, engage with technology team to improve systems and maintain internal procedures.
    • Identify, coordinate, undertake or lead projects as needed to improve process and application of ABC Program’s.
    • Support gathering of content and material for regulatory or internal audit requests, as needed.
    • Assist in the creation and delivering of trainings and presentations.
    • Conduct expense monitoring and surveillance.
    • Create and manage metrics to be represented to senior leadership.
    • Routinely monitor and assess regulatory changes and developments (e.g. FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Swiss Criminal Code etc.), inform key stakeholders of developments and their impact on the firm to settle appropriate actions to ensure compliance.

    You Offer
    • You hold a university degree in law, business, administration or equivalent education
    • You have at least 2 years of experience in the financial industry or in a consulting environment, ideally in the area of anti-bribery & corruption, compliance, audit or similar field
    • You have excellent written and oral language skills in English, knowledge of German is a plus
    • You can work well independently and as part of a global team
    • You possess strong analytical skills and attention to details
    • You are a problem-solver who is risk and process oriented
    • You are committed to ongoing learning and implementing new knowledge into practice
    • You are flexible and you can adapt to new situations quickly
    • You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
    • You possess very good MS Office skills
    • You are an enthusiastic self-starter, highly motivated for professional development
