We are currently looking for a hardworking individual to join the Marketing Material Compliance Review Team in Wroclaw to support the daily business in EMEA and APAC region. You will become a member of a diverse team and receive close insights in a global Bank and the way the Bank is internally steered, as well as how risks are measured. You will join a global community in a premium Swiss Bank and you will become a member of a team focusing on Marketing Material Compliance Review under the regime of various jurisdictions. You will be responsible for a growing variety of compliance tasks such as:

  • You will support the project to implement a number of critical items planned in Team’s Book of Work
  • You will review Marketing Materials produced by Credit Suisse divisions for various locations
  • You will advise on legal regimes for financial promotions in jurisdictions across locations in EMEA and CH
  • You will liaise with Compliance departments and General Counsel colleagues to resolve any problems arising in connection with the materials
  • You will keep accurate records of marketing material documentation
  • You will assist with periodic reviews and updates in accordance with regulatory change or upon advice received by Compliance and Legal colleagues
  • You will provide compliance advisory support via phone and email
  • You will cooperate with General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officers and business contacts as appropriate

Qualifications:

  • You are fluent in English and in one of the following languages: German, French, Italian or Spanish to a business standard (written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be a huge asset
  • You hold a University degree in Law, Finance / Banking or a related field
  • You have a good understanding of the complexity of financial services and regulatory environment
  • You have some knowledge of financial products and investment vehicles
  • You are a motivated team member who is passionate about learning new things
  • You can work well under pressure and independently
  • You have excellent communication skills
