Coordinating the Learning&Development processes and activities,
Defining training and development needs across the organization,
Designing comprehensive training curricula,
Creating training procedures, manuals and guides,
Maintaining records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments,
Evaluating program effectiveness through surveys and feedback,
Maintaining and sharing knowledge of the latest trends in training and development,
Performing other related duties as required.
has 2-3 years of professional experience in the Learning&Development area, including Talent Development, preferably in an international SSC environment;
communicates in English very well;
has university degree (preferable HR relevant fields);
presents excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
has strong HR and business acumen;
presents an improvement-focused mindset;
is focused on implementation the best solutions and driving for results;
is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for himself / herself;

The team is currently made of 10 people, who are dedicated to provide services for Carlsberg Shared Services, like payroll, performance management, learning and development, recruitment, onboarding, employer branding and many others.
