Would you like to be part of a team that is shaping the future of Group Compliance? We are now looking for a  Specialist PMO to work in the central Programme Office of the Compliance Governance Enhanceent Programme that is reviewing and enhancing teh existing framework, polocies and processes.

Welcome to the Compliance Change team. As Specialist PMO you’ll play a valuable role in the managing the change in a controlled manner to ensure suitable outcomes.

What you’ll be doing: 
  • Operating and Steering Committee pack preparation
  • Budget forecasting and control
  • Risk and issue management
  • Reporting to Senior Management (GLT, BRIC, NBB)
  • Maintaining an Action log
  • Milestone tracking
  • Regulatory reporting


You’ll join a dynamic team that is passionate about change and keen to learn and improve.The role is based in Łódź; Gdańsk; Gdynia; Warsaw.

Your experience and background:  
  • experience in project portfolio management and programme management
  • experience in milestone management
  • experience in project / financial control 
  • experienced in use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent English
