- You perform the Ongoing Due Diligence on the existing merchant portfolio
- You assure the completeness and correctness of the client documentation in terms of the AML regulations
- You conduct KYC/AML screening
- You handle alerts for new and existing customers and assigns the proper compliance risk level
- You reports every essential risk incident
- You take (more complex/less complex) operational decisions necessary to assure the quality standards
- You take part in meetings with other teams to share knowledge and also you share the information with the team
- You handle daily operations in accordance with organizational procedures and agreed SLA
- You prevent the company from financial loss (due to the credit risk and potential fraudulent merchant’s behavior)
- You build the organizational awareness in terms of risk management
Our requirements
- Excellent command of Polish and English and of the following: Swedish/Danish/Norwegian
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Problem solving attitude
- Logical thinking and ability to learn
Optional
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Previous experience in acquiring business
- Previous experience in finance area
- Previous cooperation/experience with card schemes
- Ability to work with various computer systems/programs
