Your responsibilities

  • Issue transport / delivery orders for the instruments or spare parts sent to the customers.

  • Ensure and control instruments and spare parts fulfillment and timely distribution.

  • Monitor the inventory of instruments and relevant spare parts.

  • Maintain administration and logistic services of sale processes of instruments and - pare parts.

  • Troubleshooting on daily 3PL operations EMEA.

  • Complaints processing and control of preventive actions implementation.

  • Maintain and adjust processes and their documentation within the area of responsibility.

  • Invoice processing operations: 3PL invoices check & performance monitoring for assigned CC's

  • KPI reporting and adjustments to meet target requirements (internal & 3PL).

  • Support to internal projects.

Our requirements

  • Background in Supply Chain, Logistics and / or Foreign Trade and or Economy.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant areas.

  • Very good English language skills (German would be an additional asset).

  • Knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP preferably).

  • Knowledge of foreign trading regulations.

  • Strong software skills in Excel, Power Point, Word and Visio.

  • Customer oriented mindset.

  • Able to work effectively and independent.

  • Team player.

  • Very good communication.

  • Hands-on attitude.
