Your responsibilities

  • Processing end-to-end transport and distribution orders in the tools offered

  • Maintaining communication and solving operational issues with customers and logistics providers

  • Taking action in order to respond on operation needs – act as a first point of contact

  • Accountability for delivering overall performance by monitoring key performance indicators

  • Supporting and taking part in improvement, optimization and standardization projects within Carlsberg group and team

  • Accountability for preparing and verifying data for assigned group of orders for KPI reporting purposes

  • Sharing best practice and operational knowledge within team

Our requirements

  • Worked in customer service area with a preference for candidates with experience in the logistics or transportation area. Educational background in logistics is an advantage

  • University degree (min. Bachelor’s degree

  • Fluent command of written and spoken English

  • Keep the overview and carry out multiple tasks simultaneously, but also able to prioritize when working with tight deadlines

  • Motivated committed professional with a positive attitude, a good sense of humour with a flexible approach when it comes to working hours

  • Worked in, and enjoys working in a diverse, and international environment

  • Navigates easily in Office365 environment and has hands-on knowledge of MS Excel

  • Team players who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for themselves

  • Analytically strong, really cares about the success of the business and their people and is ready to go ‘the extra mile’ to deliver and track the results

Carlsberg Shared Services

Transport Control Tower, currently made up of 35 team members, grouped into regions, are dedicated to provide services for the Local Supply Chain Organization and Integrated Supply Chain entity, performing end-to-end transport and distribution related processes. The Transport Control Tower department plays an important role in the shipping and receiving processes, indirectly contributing to warehouse activities to ensure a high level of customer service.
