We're conducting a recruitment process for leading global professional services company, providing a broad range of services in strategy and consulting, interactive, technology and operations, with digital capabilities across all of these services.
Your responsibilities
Handling customer complaints or questions via emails and phone
Work in Finance & Accounting or Customer Service departments
Cooperating closely with other teams
Helping in resolution of potential issues
Building and maintaining positive relationship with customers
Employer requirements
Fluent French (min. B2/C1) and very good English (min. B2/C1)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
MS Office (Excel) skills
Legal authorization to work in Poland
Optional
SAP knowledge
Customer Service or Accounting (PtP/OtC/RtR) experience
