Pall are growing, and we are looking to add to our dynamic sales team in Warsaw. This is a new position due to growth and restructure where you would have the opportunity to account handle some smaller clients as well as growing the existing business and searching out new companies who would benefit from our products/services.
Working from the Pall office in Warsaw, your area would include Poland, Ukraine, Moldova, Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia so lots of potential! This would suit someone who has a technical background as well as some sales experience.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong technical background because the successful person will be speaking with engineers or technologists – preferably someone with knowledge of the food and beverage industry
  • Good communication skills, a lot of optimism, someone who is very driven to succeed and has positive attitude
  • Ability and willingness to learn and constant improvement of the level of knowledge
  • Must be able to communicate well in English and of course in Polish. Russian language skills would be great too but is not essential.

The role:

The person employed as a Telesales specialist will run the direct communication with our customers using phone and internet.
Providing information to existing and potential clients, run sales, control and collect orders from these sales, conducting marketing research, arranging meeting with SE.
Sells or renews the company’s products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry or accounts. May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Focus on lead qualification and lead prospecting. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities. Covering sales for Poland, Ukraine, Moldova, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia
Office based with only occasional travel to clients – the Telesales Specialist will be responsible for contacting all these customers we are not able to contact directly, looking for new customers, refreshing contacts with customers who did not place any orders for long time, or lapsed clients.
