Your responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning, coordination and implementation of processes at strategic and operational level for facilities, and offices located in Poland;

  • Liaison with external/ internal stakeholders on development and implementation of occupational Health & Safety management systems, programs and initiatives;

  • Comprehensive support for all topics relating to occupational safety, health management and environmental protection;

  • Participate in OHS Audit and verification activities;

  • Leading incident and accident investigation, and OHS risk assessment;

  • Provide support in achieving and maintaining compliance with occupational health and safety regulatory requirements;

  • Implementation of training program and further education for employees, management and key team members;

  • Carrying safety inspections and workplace safety assessments, implementing measures to eliminate and minimise the risks;

  • Support in implementation of fire protection and first aid measures within facilities and office environment;

  • Ensuring reporting and maintaining relevant occupational health & safety documentation.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years working experience as a OHS specialist in Poland or equivalent in Logistics or other Industries;

  • Practical knowledge and skills in assessing risks assessments, preparing occupational health and safety documentation, organising occupational health and safety trainings, controlling compliance with regulations;

  • Design and implementation of OHS Management Systems;

  • Working with digital tools in the areas of OHS;

  • Working with OHS databases / data analytic;

  • Graduate in Occupational Health and Safety and are certified as Occupational Health and Safety;

  • Specialist according to Polish law;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Language skills – Polish (native or professional level), English (professional level);

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office;

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing organisation, high ability to meet set goals and deadlines;

  • Team Player and fast learner.


  • Desired qualifications:

  • Russian language;

  • Environmental degree;

  • Internal Auditor qualification (ISO 45001/14001).
