Your responsibilities

  • Support logistics exception management as well as the execution of ad hoc and alternative transport requests;

  • Coordinate with customer service representatives on logistics inquiries, complaints, claims, providing resolution within the agreed time frames. Investigation of root causes, setting corrective-and preventive actions;

  • Arrange alternative transport solutions arrangements;

  • Continuously monitor submitted tickets ensuring actions by resolver are being performed, follow up with Carrier/Vendor for updates;

  • Submit the best resolution for end users within the SLA agreement;

  • Update logistics exception data base tool with notes, resolutions, CAPAs;

  • Provide statistics, performance report and analysis-> KPI reporting and deviation analysis;

  • Contribute to logistics audits and projects execution under the direction of the Logistics Manager;

  • Support logistics projects that enable achievement of corporate logistics objectives to successful conclusion;

  • Support the collection of business requirements related to improvement projects as well as transport requests (regular, ad hoc, alternative) under the direction of the Logistics Manager.

Our requirements

  • Good numerical and analytical skills. Ability to extract actionable insights from complex data;

  • Good knowledge of Excel;

  • Good command of English language, any other European language will be a huge advantage;

  • Solution- and results-oriented individual eager to join a growing team and contribute to the development of business processes;

  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to work at different levels of the organization, locally and regionally;

  • Basic Logistics or transportation experience.
