    Customer Service Employee with marketing flair

    TeeJet Technologies is currently seeking a Customer Service employee with marketing flair.

    Tasks you will do every day:

    • Support the link between channels, Regional Sales Managers and TeeJet internal functions (such as manufacturing, finance, etc.)
    • Maintain a high volume workload in a deadline driven environment as an order entry professional and customer service representative. 
    • Oversee sales cycle from inventory availability, order entry, to shipping and invoicing. 
    • Manage relationships with customers while assisting them in sales, providing product information on lead times, inventory and shipping logistics.
    • Answer product enquiries on basic TeeJet products.

    Tasks you will do with some regularity:

    • Actively follow up on customer overdue and report the progress to Finance.
    • Ensure that office supplies are maintained to agreed levels.
    • Ensure that all purchases for the company are correctly recorded and reported to accounting.
    • Follow all company policies and procedures and attend all trainings related to the job.
    • Attend and actively participate at regional trade shows in the assigned territory.
    • Provide necessary assistance with organizational issues for regional trade shows – in close collaboration with Marketing department.
    • Participate in customers’ visits/meetings and tradeshows.

    Tasks you will do that should foster your creativity:

    • Help in creating customer newsletters and various product-related information. Utilize CRM to send out those newsletters and other customer vital information.
    • Assist in translation of product leaflets, website content and other digital or printed information.
    • Help create marketing messages that appeal to local customer audience – in collaboration with marketing team.
    • Help executing marketing campaigns in the territory.
    • Other marketing tasks may be added with time.

    Skills you should have:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent years of experience in a customer service field.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a very dynamic environment.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Have a “sense of urgency”.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with other software such as Adobe Creator, InDesign, Photoshop will be an advantage.
    • Proficient in Polish, English, Ukrainian, Russian – both written and oral. Any other additional language is an advantage.
    • Maintain high-level of customer service expected by our internal and external customers.
    • Order administration and working with ERP/CRM system experience. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be an advantage.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Experience in telephone etiquette and protocol.
    • Ability to work well with others and be a “contributor” in a team.
    • Highly service-minded and self-motivated.
    • Conflict resolution skills.

    You will be a part of a dynamic sales team of 3 people working from our regional office in Poznan, Poland. Your work territory will be Eastern Europe, Baltics and Ukraine. Even though the local Polish team is not very big, you will be a part of a bigger European and global sales organization stretching all over the globe. You will have a lot of interaction with your colleagues in Europe and USA as well as customers, business partners and influencers throughout the region.

    On a personal note, you are confident, independent and self-driven, and as such, you do not need much guidance from your manager. You enjoy working independently but are a great team player and can find common ground with many different personality types. You are very service minded, like to help others and share your knowledge. You are an open, positive and fun person with “can do” attitude. You are able to talk to various types of people and manage conflict situations if necessary. You prefer an atmosphere that is informal and relaxed, but at the same time, you are also extremely dedicated to fixing problems without compromises. You are decisive and thorough, making sure all the details are in place.

    Travel requirements: travel activity expected with this job is approximately 15-20 days per year. This includes travel to the relevant tradeshows in the assigned territory, sales conference in the USA or other company-related travel.

    Salary: Upon qualification.

    Assigned territory: Eastern Europe, Baltics, Ukraine.

    Report to: Business Development Manager/Customer Service Team Lead
