Job role: 

To support trading by loading products across all Marketplaces and to support the eCommerce Trading Executive with the day-to-day running

 

Job description

  • To take on all aspects of product setup/loading and categorisation for UK and International marketplaces
  • To be the lead within the MP team on our PIM system (data management)
  • Work with the eCom Product Admin to manage local language translation requirements to make sure we deliver what is needed and on time
  • Work closely with the Dev Team on new and existing direct integrations to make sure we have the right product data flowing across to the right channels
  • Daily monitoring of online categories and products across all Marketplaces to identify and resolve any issues
  • Maintain online products and categories with updates and amends as required
  • Work with a focus to maximise the commercial goals of the eCom dept
  • Producing and maintaining weekly/periodic KPI reports for the role
  • Be the Helpdesk contact point for all internal Marketplace product queries
  • Assist the team with basic duties as required
  • General admin and other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • One year experience in eCommerce Administration
  • Minimum high school degree
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written B2/C1
  • Enthusiastic, confident, positive and proactive
  • Someone who wants a career in eCommerce/Merchandising
  • A good communicator with attention to detail
  • Has a methodical approach to tasks
  • Basic Numerical Skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Enthusiasm and Motivation to learn the job and advance your skills
  • Keen eye for detail
