Cold calling - making multiple outgoing calls to potential customers
Contacting assigned leads and customers via email, social media and phone to arrange consultations and meetings
Recognizing and determining customer needs and advising on proposed solutions.
Reviewing and planning the strategy of contact with assigned leads
Answering incoming calls, respond to emails from potential customers
Being the first point of contact for leads generated by marketing campaigns
Reporting of sales activity
Daily cooperation with marketing and sales departments
You have experience in B2B sales
You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B telephone sales – a prerequisite
You are fluent in English
You can build relationships with customers by phone and e-mail
You are excellent in verbal and written communication
You have a motivation to achieve your goals
You easily build and maintain customer relationships
