Your responsibilities
Providing support for OHAUS customers (our distributors) via phone and email.
Resolving customer's problems.
Ensuring and providing quality service to internal and external clients.
Assisting customers with the order process and providing the most current shipping status on existing orders.
Our requirements
Excellent Italian language skills (C1).
Customer orientation and very good communication skills.
Very good organizational skills.
Very good knowledge of English, as this is our business official language.
Optional
Knowledge of Spanish would be a great asset.
