We are looking for a part time Polish Customer Services Administrator to look after all our customers’ needs, maintain our websites, and as the business continues to grow the role will incorporate building relationships and working with sales reps/agents.

The successful applicant will be working from the offices at our new, modern 4,000 sqm European Distribution Centre in Wroclaw which opens in September.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, successful company further expanding its customer base in Europe.

Employee hired for this possition will be responsible for:

  • Customer Service - Including answering the phones, live chat and emails.
  • Order Processing - Payment and refund processing, credit notes, invoicing and general account admin.
  • General Office Admin - Including posting payments, invoicing and credit notes.
  • Website Admin – Keeping the website up to date with products (translations from English) and updates. 
  • Marketing – Sending newsletters and SEO.
  • Attending trade shows in Poland.

From candidate we require:

  • Fluent in Czech, Polish and English, written and spoken - essential to the role.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Confident, outgoing personally.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Strong organisational and administration skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to work on own initiative but also as part of team.
